Biography: Tracy Hennessey, NP-C, is a board-certified clinical nurse specialist and nurse practitioner with more than 17 years of dedicated experience in occupational medicine. A valued member of the Merit Health Wesley team since 2006, Tracy brings a diverse clinical background that includes three years in emergency care providing acute treatment to the local community, as well as more than eight years as a primary care provider at the VA clinic, where she managed care for over 700 veterans. Since transitioning full-time to the Work Well clinic in 2017, Tracy has been a vital advocate for the Work Well Mobile Unit, expanding accessible healthcare services across the region. As an occupational medicine provider and DOT registered medical examiner, she continues to deliver high-quality occupational health services to numerous local businesses and workforce partners.

Biography: Kayla Truluck, N.P., worked in primary care for two years before joining the team at Work Well in 2025. She is now the primary provider in the clinic for VA compensation and pension disability exams. She also serves alongside Tracy Hennessey, NP in providing occupational medicine physicals for pre-employment and DOT drivers, as well as care for worker's compensation claims.
