Merit Health Wesley offers childbirth classes to help prepare mothers-to-be, their coaches and families for childbirth.

Topics include:

• Comfort measures
• Stages of labor
• The birthing process
• Breastfeeding
• Newborn care
• Postpartum care

In-person childbirth classes are held every other month from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
