In-Clinic Occupational Health Services
Merit Health Wesley Work Well is an occupational medicine program. We offer your workforce a wide range of physical exams, DOT exams, drug and alcohol testing, and OSHA testing.
Our suite of services include:
- Physicals & Exams: DOT physicals, annual physicals, pre-employment physicals and pre-work screenings
- Cardiovascular Testing: Stress tests and EKGs
- Screenings & Labs: Urine drug and breath alcohol screenings, random selection services, TB testing, lab work and venipuncture
- Specialized OSHA Testing: Pulmonary function tests, hearing tests and respirator fit tests
- Imaging & Immunizations: Radiological services (X-rays) and vaccinations
- Injury Care: Prompt treatment of work-related injuries
24/7 Coverage & Injury Management
Around-the-Clock Care
Most procedures are scheduled during regular business hours; however, coverage is available for clients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. After-hours, weekend and holiday treatment is seamlessly provided by the emergency department at Merit Health Wesley.
Individualized Care Management
Work Well manages work-related injury costs through our dedicated care management program:
- Care Coordination: Our care management coordinator R.N. organizes medical care and resources while facilitating clear communication between the employee, employer, insurers and medical providers.
- Specialist Referrals: If a specialist is needed, our coordinator quickly refers your employees to trusted, in-network physicians.
