Salary & Benefits
Transitional year residents' current salary is:
PGY1: $55,000
PGY2: $57,500
PGY3: $60,000
PGY4: $62,500
Residents will have 28-days of paid vacation per year, up to 14 paid sick days per year, and a one-time 42-day paid maternity/paternity leave. Other benefits of the program include:
